Can't see any reason why it wouldn't. The rear body panels are the same on all 3rd gens as well as the tail light assembly's electrical connectors. I'd go for it!
My pleasure. I'm willing to bet if there is a different design from possibly a hybrid model (RX450h) it would fit too. I switched to LED tail lights on my 2002 Highlander from 2006 Hybrid model lights that are LED. It did require some minor rewiring on my end, but the assemblies popped into place flawlessly.
it'll fit, only thing you might run into it wiring or changing the plugs. i had this on my es300 back in the day. i upgraded the tail lights and ran into that but wasn't a issue
