Default Radio enform system erratic behavior CODE B15D0

Does anyone have all the plugs connector locations for the radio navigation satellite Bluetooth in 2011 RX450h . I've cleaned multiple locations but cannot be sure that all have been found. Communication fault cleared and found again in diagnostics upon random reoccurring. Works 100% for days or minutes then loses ability to play anything/ select anything . Thanks Sal 718 757-6262

No. Radio enform system comes and goes at will. Sometimes workinh for montha and sometimes not working for weeks. No rhyme or reason when it will work. Seems better since I put Damp rid under seats. Can't say where water intrusion coming from as I've taped moonroof seams in past and still got some moisture. Call me for more if you like

Thanks for the update, sorry you didn't find a fix.
I was able to solve mine; it was a MOST connector going either to or from the AMP.
You can read about the solve here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gx-...e-problem.html
Good luck,

Thanks, I've disconnected reconnected and cleaned with electrical spray all wiring from radio to screen to mouse to behind kick panels to the amp. Almost sent out head unit and amp for inspection to united radio. Who repaired/How much did it cost?
