I need a touch up paint for my silver 2014 RX; the code is 01J4. Googled and found many sites that sell factory color matched paint but the reviews are mixed, depending on where you look for them. I just need it for taking care of a few chips on the front number & hood and one 2-3” deep scratch on the trunk cover. A pen would do.
BTW local dealers don’t have stock and was unable to find it on OEM Lexus parts sites or eBay either.
Posting here to ask fellow ClubLexus members about their experience on the brand they chose for a touch-up paint. Appreciate the help.

Its exact one I use on our NX. I always mix with a bit of clear coat (1:4 clear:color) to get a better match and be able to fill and wetsand, but I rarely need to.
I also always apply with microdabber instead of any of the brushes or applicators that are included with the paint.
I have ordered the small bottles of touch-up paint for multiple vehicles over many years from the folks at automotivetouchup.com. Always reasonably priced and always a perfect match.
I have used Dr. Color touchup/chip repair kit with good results. That said, silver is a difficult color compare to darker colors for any touchup paint. https://drcolorchip.com/

Thank you, BMGS! Don’t know why it didn’t show me that part but I’ve ordered it. Funny that I ordered the mud guards from them just last week LOL
