Call local car junkyards. That is the kind of part they let you prowl the yard and remove yourself if they have any RXs in the yard.
They won't be able to identify the part. Just find out if they have any 2010 - 2015 RX models and tell them you want piece of dash trim. They will say come look around.
Then wear your old boots and bring a flat head screwdriver to pry it out and be prepared to do some walking. I always find it interesting walking around wrecking yards. You never know what rarities you will see.
