indeed! you lucked out on the warranty cover it!!! because otherwise that would have been a 3-5000$ fix!!!

 

just got the car back, I had a brand new es350 loaner that I was driving around. The dealer dropped the car yesterday; working great so far. Much smoother in the shifts, they also gave 6 months/20k miles warranty on the replaced tranny.
