Microphone problem

Microphone problem
Hello Lexus owners.
The problem with this is that if I put the car on the phone, the text will be displayed, the microphone was not connected.
I have checked that the microphone is panel wires and also connected to the player ..
I didn't invent anything that would cause it, could the previous owner have somehow disabled it ??
For some reason, I can't access all the settings, like the radio screen ....
Do you have any ideas?
