Default Engine moving control rod replacement

I need to replace a torn engine moving control rod (aka upper mount) on Lexus rx450h. There's a brake fluid reservoir located right above one of the rod bolts on a bracket, which prevents me from removing the rod. There's not enough space to move the reservoir (I don't want to disconnect the brake lines and let air into the system). It looks like first I need to remove windshield wiper motor and link assembly and all plastic covers above/below to be able to raise the reservoir a bit (not sure it will be enough though), which will result in extra hours of work. Is there any workaround?
