Default Noisy Radio Fan

Hey folks, Noticing a noisy fan in the radio of this 2013 RX (non-ML). Looks like it's a known issue for these vehicles and other Lexi. Someone posted the fan size and type for another model but I haven't seen anyone post the type and size for the RX. ANyone know the exact type fan to replace this? Would like to take it out and replace all at once rather than having the vehicle be disassembled waiting for the fan on order.
It's the fan in the dash-radio center stack that cools that radio.
Thanks!

Don't know the answer to your question, but just tossing out something here "just in case". More than a few people have shown up on these forums complaining of unexpected fan noise and it turned out to be the seat fan.

What about debris in the HVAC fan? Have you pulled your cabin filter and looked inside the area?
