Does the back tailgate window open on a 2010 RX450h?

None of the RX models have a roll down or flip rear glass.
It was a feature of 50's & 60's American vehicles ... specially the station wagon. By the turn of the century it was used to deposit/extract things. Now it is like the human appendix ... something which had a purpose back then.
