Speed dial without phone book??

I have Lexus rx350 2015 and I don't want to add my phone book (too much) but I would like add speed dial numbers. Can I and HOW?

I only know for models with nav screen. You simply go to phone settings>address book> add speed dial numbers manually. 12 I believe. Good thing about SD numbers is you can dial them while driving. AB is disabled any time you moving. Keypad and AB. Also you can do voice commands.
