I need help on the tailgate please 2010 RX350
My friend she has 2010 RX350.The button inside the car to open the tail gate is not working. She can use the key fob to open it. The power tailgate work fine . She did checked the lock and unlock button inside the glove box. Does anyone here have known this issue? Thank you all!

Not sure if this is required on the 2010 but it is on our 2015. Is she unlocking the doors before attempting to use the button on the dash to open the liftgate? Ours won't unless the doors are unlocked. With the fob and the button on the liftgate we don't have to unlock the doors first.
