In Australia, the Lexus part number for the engine air filter is 17801-31141. The cost is astronomical at AUD$85 each!

They can be found on eBay, from online Lexus dealer's parts depts. for as low as $20 US, including shipping to US addresses. I was quoted $24 + tax at my local Toyota dealer.
