My 2016 RX 450h only has XM, but our other vehicles had SiriusXM - way more channels. Has anyone added a receiver of some type to get all the Sirius channels? In theory, this doesn't sound hard too hard. I'm very happy with the Premium stereo system & have no desire to change out the head unit. I just want all the other channels I'm missing from the other vehicles!
