My 2011 RX 350 is equipped with an Mark Levinson stereo system. The CD player loads & shuffles disks no problem, but will not read the disks. All the other functions work perfectly radio, USB input etc. Has anyone had a similar experience & what did you do to resolve it, Lexus wants around $4K for a replacement unit. Thanks for any info
