I don't know about a year by year comparison. The biggest one for me was that the only electrical outlet was way down inside the center console in 2010 and they added one outside in 2011. 2013 was a mid model refresh so the grill was changed. The third generation was produced for 6 years. I had a 2010, 2012 and now have a 2015 all leased. My 2012 had adaptive headlights, but they weren't available on 2015. I'm sure there were many subtle changes I'm not aware of. Maybe a site like Edmunds or Kelly Blue book would help.

 

I like the power of the 3RX. Its far above NX. If you liked the 07, then you will like the 15. The 3RX will seem a bit dated compared to the NX. The interior of the NX is pretty nice except the navi screen.
