Default Screeching and pulsing on sharp right turns

Hi, first post and wanted to share my problem and hope to find resolution.

I drive a 2013 RX 350 FWD with 19" wheels option. I am its second owner and it currently has 41k miles. This is the first car I ever bought with my own money. I love driving it on the highway, but I have two issues driving in the city:
  1. Sharp right turns (only right turns) in the parking lot will cause a very loud screeching noise
  2. Turning right while going too fast (20-25 mph) will cause a pulsating feeling on the front right tire. It kinda feels like ABS
I'd like to know if something might be wrong with my RX or if I'm just driving it poorly. Please help

1.) Need better description. Screeching like metal on metal contact? It's tempting to guess your inner fender protector/liner is loose and might touch the tire on an extreme turn, but I would doubt the description of that sound would be "screeching".
2.) Almost certainly a delaminated tire, most specifically, a MICHELIN tire because delaminating themselves is one of the only things they're capable of. You may be able to spot a slight bulge in the tread face, but I doubt it. Have a tire shop that you trust inspect it. If it's delaminated, it cannot be repaired. Replace with anything except Michelin.

Have you run out of warranty?

#2 could also mean the car was in an accident and a u-joint (or something else in the area: tie rod, wheel bearings) is out of whack

I'd get the brakes checked as well. Sliding pins need to be lubricated by now - if they're not, calipers get misaligned and pads stuck.

It sounds like when you drift in a racing game. That's the best verbal description I can give. I think it's the tire itself making the noise. My tires are Dunlops.

I'm out of warranty and the carfax never mentioned any accident. I'll go get it checked out and report back.
