I need a dog crate that will fit the cargo area (behind the rear seat) of an RX350. Does anyone know if an aftermarket crate is available? Or if Lexus sells one?

I will give you mine if you come to Virginia. Just measure the back area, including the entrance for height, width and depth, then go shopping. All crates give those measurements. There are many of them on Craigslist for next to nothing! I would put mine on there, but there is too much competition and may just donate it.

 

How large a crate do you need to fit your dog? I use a soft crate for my 40 lb wheaten terrier. It helps if the crate also has a side load. Check out Noz2Noz or EliteField for fit. The low slanted rear hatch makes some crates an issue. The soft crate will also fit in the back seat and can be secured by the seat belt.
