At that point there was nothing to do except buy a new battery. The odd thing, to me, is that I've had the Lexus almost two years and it has never not started or even hesitated to start. Just lucky, I guess.
Damn!!!

That got my OCD issue all fired up.

I am about to fly to your area and clean that crap myself.

You either have a weak battery or you have something discharging your battery overnight due to a high parasitic drain.

Once again, anything over 50 ma or so is suspect.

Here's a good YouTube video with explanation and troubleshooting info

How To Perform a Parasitic Draw Test - EricTheCarGuy - YouTube

Good luck.
I tested again this weekend and let the computer go to sleep. Luckily it turns out I have no parasitic drain as the current drops to 20ma after 2 minutes. It's probably an issue with the battery.

That's excellent news.

I believe your 2010 RX350 takes a Group 24F battery, which is one of the most common car batteries on the market.

If your battery is more than 3 years old just replace it. You're location shows Washington State. Batteries do well in the PNW. Here in Florida heat kills batteries and rarely do they go more than 3 years before failing.

If you're a member of Costco check out their prices for a group 24F.
