Just left Lexus dealer after 50k checkup and oil change and saw the left side running light out.
Is it hard to change? What about led?

Moved for you. I've changed out the DRLs and the hardest part was figuring out how to remove the cover. Hint, use a flathead screwdriver in the notch to pop it off. You can pick up a new halogen bulb from a variety of places. LED is not an easy swap because the DRL is also the high beam. Mine was changed out for another halogen bulb. High beam is much brighter than the OE bulb as you can see below.
