I'm interested in a 2013 Lexus ES or RX (I guess I'll double post in ES forum).
I want a car with the collision assist, lane departure, rear cross check, blind spot, etc. Are these saety features on available on the deluxe top of the line models or do lower trims have these features as an option as well?

The 3rd gen RX does not have rear cross traffic alert or lane departure warning. It does have an optional pre-collision system and blind spot monitoring. I think you'll find the same with the ES.
