I am looking to match them to the headlights as the fog lights are yellow. Anyone know what type of bulb I neeed to buy to do so if it can be done with out any modifications that is.

You forgot to mention what headlights you have, is it halogen , bi-xenon or HID, for the looks use Factory OEM Led fog assembly.

 

3894days, there's lots of options from a different halogen bulb (which I currently have), LED bulb (plug and play) to HID fogs (more involved). The OEM LED fog light kit vince mentioned also requires work. If you do a search a few members have installed them along with HID kits. And I have a few threads on my fog lights. I think I've changed mine the most in the forum. LOL!

Don't forget our forum vendors. Xenon Depot comes to mind. They carry many of the above options and can help you decide which route to go.

 

Do any of these changes to the fog light bulb actually help you see better? I have 2010 with what I is HID or Bi/Xenon as I have the headlights that turn. Or is this just done so other folks will see that your headlight and foglight colors match?

 

Clutchless, none of these LED bulbs (lexus OEM or ebay) are usable for me during winter heavy foggy season, I used 3000k HiD bulbs only (pictured below), most likely you have bi-xenon D4s HiD bulbs with AFS like mine,
