What are differences between the 2013 rx 350 and the 2015? Have they made any small changes in 2014 or 2015?

 

Changes between a '13 and '15 are extremely small.

Off the top of my head:

- Remote Touch Control **** has changed slightly in shape (Nav models)
- Lexus Display Audio standard (non-Nav models)
- Fog lights have changed to LED
- "Lexus" logo near the climate controls changed from gold to silver in color
- Siri Eyes Free now included

I can't think of anything else. Others can chime in.

Only minor changes from '13 to '15 as JDR76 suggests. Hopefully you've seen THIS THREAD also started within the last week that includes a similar request for differences from '12 to '15. I suggested one more minor thing in my post #6over there that I'll let you explore if you like.

IMHO, there truly isn't a lot more differences for others to chime in with. The mid-life refresh on the 2013 was the last big hurrah for the 3rd Gen RX until the 2016 hits the streets.
