Completely Lock Power Cargo Door
I know how to deactivate the power rear door with the glove box switch but if I give the key fob to a valet he can still open the cargo door manually with the button on the door itself. Can it be completely locked so it won't open for a stranger who holds the key?

OP, I'm not aware of a way to do what you want. The FOB as you know is required to start the vehicle and it has a button to wirelessly open/close the rear hatch. If you turn off power to the rear hatch using the button in the glove box, then lock the glove box with the physical key inside of the FOB, and give only the FOB without the physical key to a valet, they can still open the other 4 doors and start your RX (assuming of course your FOB has a good battery.

Not being flippant, but once anyone, including a valet, gains access to the interior via one of the driver/passenger doors, it's a few second process to drop the rear seat and be able to remove all but the most bulky items in the rear cargo area through a rear passenger door -- even if you've turned power off to the rear hatch. IMHO, turning power off to the rear hatch and going through the whole glove box/key/FOB thing with a valet is nothing but perhaps a slight deterrent that may slow someone down by a few seconds. The very nature of integrated cargo areas as part of SUVs like our RX, will never be as good for items stored back there security-wise with a valet, as a totally separate trunk that has no pass-thru into the passenger area (like some do for skis, etc.), or even the small locked glove box area may be.
