I believe this only comes as part of the Luxury package, which also includes the heated steering wheel. My 2015 does not have this items, and it really suffers in snow storms. (Lexus literature is hard to navigate as a shopper, hard to tell what the car has and doesn't have.)

IMHO the wiper rest too low. along with the windshield fan setting not able to warm the area where the wipers rest.

Lexus should have either made the front wiper defroster standard or allowed a winter wiper mode (like my GS) which raises the blades higher.
