RX 450h lift gate not working

RX 450h lift gate not working
I have a new RX 450h with 3500 miles on it and the lift gate is not working. Any ideas before I drive 100+ miles to the dealership? Thanks!

Welcome to CL, khdunham. First thing to check is the button in the glovebox. it disables the tailgate when pressed. Hopefully it's as simple as that.
