We have a dealer-installed Invision rear entertainment system on each of the headrests of our RX450h (2010). We haven't used them for several months, and recently discovered neither unit powers on. Any advice on troubleshooting this? (I haven't yet attempted to trace wiring harnesses)

Maybe a fuse is blown either with the RX or within the unit? But if it's an RX fuse, check if other electrical systems operate including all lighting and 12V outlets. Good luck.
