Smile Seat heaters and ventilators

Hello Lexus Drivers,
I was wondering how you feel with Seat heaters and ventilators? Once I was in a friend's car (Hyundai Sonata 2012) I was cold when he turned its Seat ventilator on, but I dont feel the same for my RX 350. How is your experience? any idea?

We have heated and ventilated seats, not heated and cooled.
This should clear things up a bit:

The fan that blows the air on our ventilated seats is not strong. So, though you can feel it, its not going to make you cold. However, if you put the A/C output so that it blows on the floor while running the ventilation fan you'll notice a little more cool air coming from the seats.
