My truck came with the Lexus carpeted cargo mat & I was thinking of buying an aftermarket weather proof replacement like I've had in previous vehicles. Then it hit me.............just flip the carpeted cargo mat over and you've got a nice easy to clean custom rubberized surface for going to the beach (sand) and will handle small amounts of water (potted plants etc.) on trips to the nursery. Just a friendly FYI for all fellow forum folks.

 

Haha that's pretty smart, but bear in mind that sand and what not can still stick on to that surface. I find if you carry a lot of "dirty" loads in the back than the Weather-Tech mats are justifiable.
