Closest I can get it to is part 86120? the a's are the *****? You can always call the service advisor and ask. Or pick up a replacement through a junk yard.

FWIW, Lexus tends to sell complete assemblies rather than individual parts, since stocking lots of little pieces in the parts dept is a huge overhead cost. For example, if you rip or tear the cloth speaker covering on an ES350 door panel, you must buy an entire new door panel for about $800.00 rather than just the piece of cloth.

As was mentioned, a junkyard or eBay will be your best bet. Good luck on that.
