Vibration throughout the cabin and console
I recently purchased a 2010 RX 350 AWD with sport package and first day noticed something strange that I never felt in my older 330 and 350 2nd gen. Under certain circumstances, a vibration is felt in the centre console, the seat belt buckles of front seats and under the feet of both driver and passenger. I haven't narrowed down the exact circumstances but seems to be under light or heavy acceleration at lower speeds.
I had the dealership check this and it is felt at idle as well at around 3k rpm. We then compared to other 2010 RX's and it was the same! I was told this is normal and that it's engine noise. The dealership checked the car and said it may be faulty engine mounts and they're going to replace them hoping it will resolve the issue.
Anyone else experience this?
