Audio Display
When I play a CD the display does not show CD information, I that is shown is
Track (No Data)
Album (No Data)
Artist (No Data)
I get the correct information when I play the CD in my player at home, Is there a setting I need to do?

Not sure if you are using standard audio system or Mark Levinson on your RX, and if you have Nav or not, and what MY your RX is, but...
Is this a CD you ripped yourself? If so, there are only specific supported formats to get the additional track info understood by the system in your Lexus. Detail is in the manual where it discussed ported formats, and there are a number of threads here where people have been able to get CDs they made to work say on Windows, or maybe some home players, but not others or their Lexus.
OTOH, if your CD is a commercially available one, the Gracenote database is used by your Lexus to look up that CD, and artist, etc is displayed from it... If your Lexus finds a match, the data shows up. For RX with Nav, that Gracenote database is updated when the Nav Map data is updated -- so, new CDs won't be in the database most likely. What I've not researched before is if you don't have Nav, if Gracenote exists or how one would get updates to it. I've also not tried what happens when a commercially available CD is input without the MP3 data carrying the artist info for a track AND the CD is not known by Gracenote. Since I have Nav, and don't use a lot of CDs any more, I've just not run into that situation or know how to try it for you in my 2013. Perhaps someone else has an idea to help.
...but to net it out, I don't know of a setting in the audio to turn the display info you reference on or off -- it's done "automatically" by the methods I suggest above, but then again, I have a 2013 and there were some tweaks to the head unit and interface that may be different from yours.

Seriously
The CD-Text information is stored in the subchannels R to W on the disc. This information is usually stored in the subchannels in the lead-in area of the disc, where there is roughly five kilobytes of space available. It can also be stored on the main program area of the disc (where the audio tracks are), which can store about 31 megabytes.[1] Since the R to W channels are not used in the Red Book specification of audio CDs, they are not read by all CD players, which prevents some devices from reading CD-Text information
