Wow! Just bought our first "True" Lexus
I feel a bit guilty saying "true"; but the Certified-Pre Owned RX450h we picked up last night is truly an amazing step up from the CT200h we traded in.
We're former owners of Volvo 240's, Prius, Subaru WRX Wagon. All well-loved cars.
This vehicle truly feels in the class of BMW, Mercedes, etc.
To keep it short; the feel of the door closing, the leather, the expanses of burlwood (real or not).
Truly a new luxury experience.

No, I don't play soccer!
Not even 24 hours with your 450h and you're in love. It never gets old. Congrats and welcome to CL. You'll be very pleased with your RXh as you discover even more great things about it. Enjoy your ride and be sure to post some pictures. They're mandatory

Unlike the new car smell, the excitement that you're feeling right now might take years to wear off.
About the feel of the door closing, i think it's something that Lexus can improve on. It still sounds like a Toyota to me.
Enjoy!

The pursuit of F
Congratulations! Having the CT and having a prior RXh, I can relate to your sentiments. The CT is nice, but the RXh is quieter, smoother, more comfortable, and overall more refined. Enjoy your ride!
