Has anyone experienced an issue where the audio system in the RX350 powers down on its own? My wife just purchased the brand new RX 3 weeks ago and had the system shut down today. Further, the issue also caused the voice recognition system to fail as well.

Called the dealer who is going to research, but am wondering if anyone else has seen/heard of this type of issue?

Welcome to CL, John. There have been a few reported cases like yours. The repair for most involved replacing the radio. No doubt your dealer should take care of it for you at no cost and provide a loaner. Good luck.
