Does anyone have a '13 RX450h with factory (Option code U1) ground effects? If so, can you post a picture of them. I may have found the combination my wife wants but the option list from Lexus (not dealer add-ons) includes ground effects. This is an early production '13 (off the line 4/23/12).

What is that? the ground effects?

 

My best guess is that it is the additional trim that goes under the front bumper, rear bumper, and rocker panels. You can see a difference on the F Sport front bumper as opposed to a regular RX. This is not the same as the Sport Appearance Package.

I don't think it is anything ... perhaps the just the plastic panels that are under the front-end on every single 450h to handle under body air flow. At any rate, forum member BertL listed it as an item on his custom order. But, when his car arrived as far as I know it was just the stock setup just like every other 450h. You might PM him for more details.
