If you are saying the battery is dead, you may be out of luck.

If you have power, be aware anything you do could have unfortunate consequences due to water damage if you begin energizing systems. Also be aware you will be without power steering and power braking. Meaning if some how you start rolling down an incline of any size, you may not be able to steer or stop. You have been warned!!!

Get in the car, close the doors, set the parking brake (for safety), NO foot on the brake, push the start button twice and the steering wheel should freely rotate (if you are a monster) and you can then step on the brake and put the car in neutral.

Repeating - be careful. My advice - call a Lexus dealership (and your insurance) before attempting anything with a drowned car!

yep, putting it in ACC mode, that is no brake, but push the start button twice should release the steering wheel
