Picked up an OEM deflector at the dealer this week for our '10 RX350. Had the parts man copy the tech. bulletin on the installation.
Tape measure, soft pencil & a small phillips are all you need. Install time +/- 20 minutes.
Not sure what people are paying but it's really a very simple job.
I can post the instructions here should anyone have a need.

Can you please post a picture after the installation.

Why? Some times the remedy/fix is worse than the issue. Picture will let the owner decide to opt or opt out.
