Looking at a 3 year lease 10K miles on a 2013 RX in SW FL. Does anyone know the money factor rate and the residual value %.

I have seen lexus specials on these leases for $389/mo for a basic RX.
Can anybody tell me what the money factor works?
If you know the factory special lease rate and the residual, would you even care about the money factor is?
My impression is nobody else beats a factory special lease rate - is that right?

 

Residual 62% - MF .00190

 

A friend of mine prepaid his entire 3 year lease and the cost of the lease was essentially zero. Just something to consider, if it is an option.
