Is this a new incentive?

Got an email yesterday from a Central FL dealer advertising enhanced incentices on a new 2012 RX350 through today only. They are offering one for $389/mo for 36 months with $5210 down, MSRP $42,984. No security deposit but they are charging a $700 fee and there is a $.25/mi penalty for mileage over 10,000 mi/yr. No residual value stated.

Alternatively, they are also offering Lexus financing at 0.9% for up to 5 years.
