I have 2010 RX 350 and over 80,000km and my Bluetooth doesn't want to pair any devices anymore
Lexus wants me to buy new radio for $2k which is insane.
Does anybody know if I can do anything, like reset to fix this problem?
Well bluetooth is primarily software so there should be no reason to replace the radio unless somthing else does not work. There must be a way to reload the drivers onto the system.
Not quite true... There is an antenna and a "radio" for BT as well. Barring any physical issue with the antenna and parts of the BT radio then it will probably be a software issue.
That being said, I have no idea how to solve your issue.
Have you tried pairing multiple different devices all with the same issue?
Are you getting any error message?
Does the device you are pairing to "see" the RX as discoverable?
If an iPhone or iPad, try doing a restart on them. The one where you press hold the "Home" button and the "Power" button at the same time until you get the silver apple, then let go and the device restarts.

I am maybe stupid to ask the questions but it is important to know this before giving any explanation (tentatively):
- is it the 1st time you change idevice (you try to link rx BT to your idevice?
- did you respect the process to add or remove/change idevice
- what do you want only BT (phone function) or/and BT for listening your music (connection is not the same)
- if none of the above work that's maybe a failure of the system but a checking is possible at the car dealer (Lexus) otherwise ask Lexus US to investigate.
