Super excited - my salesman emailed with an update on delivery. My new car should be to the dealership around Wednesday of next week. About a week earlier than we had originally thought. Really looking forward to it!

HOORAY!!!! Just drove my new Lexie home! Was a bit disgruntled, because it was only showroom clean for five minutes. Started raining on me as soon as I rounded the corner from the dealership. Geez. BUt this thing drives SO beautifully! Will take some getting used to the new sounds and lack thereof. There is a kinda 'humming' or whistling sound when the electric motor is working, but am assuming that is normal. Wasn't crazy about Dunlop tires. But love the mudflaps, and the body side molding they put on for me. And also LOVE the black interior. I'm so very blessed!

Congratulations on your new ride. There is a lot of stuff to learn about so spend the time in the driveway with your books rather than while driving.

The noise is perfectly normal, yes it's the electric motor.

Stay in touch.

Congrats Fiddledd. Make sure you post pictures. We don't care if it's dirty from the rain. In fact we like it Study the owner manuals because your test is on Friday Most importantly, enjoy your new 450h.
