Just bought the new rx350 and still can't seem to get the xm programming correct...even called xm Sirius...

Lexus website refers to 90 days of "xm" but no mention of which programming

I called xm and they told me I had a 6 month trial including xm traffic...however this does not include best of Sirius...I even asked if I could pay the difference (yea, I like Howard stern

Anyway-xm said no....offering only that I could stop my free 6 months and start paying for the enhanced programming.

I politely declined. I can wait six months for Howard..but I do like to listen to NFL football...

Has anyone had this issue with your new RX..

Btw, xm has acknowledged that while they have merged..their computer databases are separate....limiting their ability to offer xm promotion
Pricing to existing Sirius customers....

I've read the trails on the strategy to wait till the trial runs out...should I be happy about getting six months free?

Free is free, so you can't knock that. It's up to you to figure out the cheapest way to access future programming, in my case the cheapest way was to let it expire and reconnect under my already existing account which gave me a larger discount.

Go ahead and get the 6 months free.

Then get the Sirius for your iPhone. That way you can take to any car your driving. Or to work or home.
