Default Lexus Enform Android App...Anyone got it to work?

I'm not sure where to post this, since there isn't a specific forum regarding Lexus Enform. I installed the android app a week ago and I'm having trouble signing on. I called Lexus (800-255-3987 option 4) and they have no idea about the app. My vehicle is already registered and I have a valid login at https://secure.drivers.lexus.com. I was wondering has anyone got it to work?

I have installed it on my T-Mobile G2 and it works great. I set up all my folders and destinations and sync it up to my Navi. Have you first set up any destinations or folders on https://secure.drivers.lexus.com? I did that first before I even installed the app just to see how it works then I have been adding destinations on my app since then. My app signs me in automatically each time and I believe it syncs authentication information with Lexusdriver.com

Ok, I got it to work. I finally got someone knowledgeable at Lexus and they basically said that sometimes, your login doesn't really register, so she had me deactivate my account, then create a new one. So I'm able to login on my android phone (Sprint HTC EVO) and manage my eDestinations.

do you need to have lexus enform built into the car before you can use the app, or is the app a stand alone product?

You need to have the Navi and you get 1 year free of Lexus Enform and Safety Connect. eDestinations only work with the Enform subscription. Im sure you can use the app but without the subscription you wont be able to sync the information from your phone to your navi.

Here is the link about Enform Subscription.

Storm, Enform and Safety Connect were available on RXs beginning in August 2009. I know Jim (Cruiter) doesn't have it. On the upside he has a sunglass holder It's sad Lexus didn't include it from the get go.

I wound up renewing my subscription. Expensive, yes, but when I needed directions to the hospital while driving home from the dealer a few months ago (mom was rushed there), it more than paid for itself. They were able to override the destination I had entered. Let's hope I never have to press the Safety Connect button.
