We had dealer install a curt 2 '' receiver hitch, on our 2011 RX 350. The RX is perfect in every way. Except the terrible noise that comes from the hitch when towing. It is amplified many times when driving. We are towing a 1000 lb boat trailer. I will becalling dealer Monday to get appointment. Has any one have or had a issue like this? Thanks for your reply.

 

It is the tow bar moving in the receiver ever so slightly. Mine is bad pulling an empty trailer. The more weight on the trailer the quieter it is. It's something you have to live with. Of course, if you're not towing anything take the tow bar out.
