Default Max Bars Side Steps by Romik

I just received the bars from UPS. Looking at the pittiful instruction pamphlet, I already am confused. The picture shows the vehicle and the brackets with the red dots on the right side, and the instruction photos show the green dots on the drivers side. These are bad instructions. Has anyone figured out an easier method or found a better set of instructions?

The quality of the bars seems great. I can't wait to see em on the car.

Can you take pix of the part so i can see and help? I used to have problem with the step bars and had to call the manufacture to give another instruction to install.
This is mine.

Well, I figured I must just be too stupid to figure it out, so I took the stuff to an auto shop. They tried for an hour, and gave up too. They said the parts just don't fit. This is Romik brand "Max Bar Side Steps" from CarId supposedly for the 2011 RX350. I guess I'll just return them.

I saw that from cardID. Why don't you buy the one like mine cheaper $100? Broadfeet brand. :-p

Sounds like good advice. I'll have to wait until I can speak to them.

But still don't buy Broadfeet that from carID. another "$100 more" less from other site. Same brand

CarID:
Romik step bars -$100 = Broadfeet

Other site:

Broadfeet(carID) - $100 = Broadfeet

Save $200 on step bars. But if you would spend ~ $400, I suggest you go with running board (better looking) than step bars.
