2015 RX 350 moonroof doesn’t work at all
Hi all,
we bought a 2015 RX 350 in January. I’ve tried to open the moonroof tilt/open/close. The buttons do not respond at all. The vanity lights on the same circuit work fine. I’m going to look at the fuse box tomorrow. It has been below freezing here, but it is warmer now. What else should we be checking? Is there a reset we should do? Should we disconnect the battery/reconnect? The weather is nicer now, it would be nice to open the moonroof. Any advice would be great. Thank you!

Hi,
I wouldn't disconnect the battery now for sure. Let me know if you find a blown fuse if you got a tester.
Do you hear any mechanical humming or clicking? This would help isolate the mechanical from electrical cause if any.
I once removed the moonroof switch panel so if you want to do this you could get access to the wiring to check if there's power in those particular wires.
Do you see any physical issues such as the glass being uneven (looking from the top of the car by using a small chair/ladder carefully) or from the bottom?
