Cigarette lighter?

Help, have 2011 rx 350, need a cigarette lighter power adapter for gps device, is there one on the car?

You can use one of the two power outlets, one inside the armrest console or the other under center tray.

Thanks, the online manual was down and it was dark, didn't want to go outside to find manual.
