I thought the major difference was the implementation of the brake override system and the "fixing" of the 2010 loose bumper issue.

The loose bumper issue along with a few other problems were mostly on the early build '10s.

The new brake override system and two new colors are the only changes for 2011. Truffle Mica, Golden Almond Metallic, and Black Sapphire Pearl are out, while Stargazer Black and Satin Cashmere Mica are in.
Oh yeah, and the extra power outlet. ;-)

Only 2011 vehicles with nav will have the compass deleted.

would there be anyway for a lexus dealership to sell me a 2010 model but say it is a 2011 model?

pierre, I don't think that would be an issue considering there are probably very few, if any, 2010s left. Any particular reason why you ask?

Mine does not have Nav, maybe that's why. Not that I use it much, but good to have.
