Default Need help adding "pause" or "wait" for voicemail access

I have a 2011 RX350. Need help with bluetooth and adding speed dial.

How do I enter a "cell phone voicemail" contact with the right amount of pauses and/or waits so I can access my voicemail without having to use the phone?

I've tried entering the pauses and waits but neither seems to work. They are just ignored. Then the system ends up asking for the password.

Please let me know. Thanks.

I can't get mine to work either. I always have to take out my cell phone to call. What's even worse is that the numbered keypad on the screen is locked out when the car is moving, so I can't even type my password manually when prompted.

Default Send tones

I tried everything possible.....only way to do it when in motion is to use the voice command after call is connected and say "send tone ---", or whatever number you use to access voice mail. I found this and the lockout of navigation in motion so frustrating, that I installed the Prestigious Society module yesterday and now have the ability to manually input the numbers needed.

Hi skiphoyt; how much did you pay for the Prestigious Society module? Where did you buy it? Did you install it yourself?

I would like to hear more about how you're using the Presigious Society module also?

What is the point of this bluetooth when you still need to pull out your cell phone to access voicemail? I don't get that.

Hi zmanRX350 and atomarchio.....the Prestigious Society module was $349.00 and I did the install myself....directions are very complete and even though we lost power due to an ice storm, I was able to complete with my wife holding a flashlight! It does work GREAT and gives you the same control of the phone and navigation that you have when not in motion. They have a website for ordering and if you search the Lexus forum for "Prestigious Society" you will find much input. Hope this helps.
