I still have the rattle in the steering column that I cant find. Now I have a new one, the right rear door window had developed a rattle. Any have issues with the rear doors rattling???

 

My RX has rattled since I bought it. Somewhere around the right rear. The Dealer has not been able to isolate it. Bet your RX is a North American build.

 

The rattle that you may be hearing from the rear might be coming from the 60/40 rear folding seats. I had this issue on my '07, and it looks like I'm getting it again on the
2010. I'm going to let my service guy know about it when I go in for my first oil change.

Rattle fixed! First attempt by service department was "anti rattle foam to the plastic pieces." That didn't work so they called "TAS Agent" to replace steering column. That stopped the problem (metallic rattle). My service advisor had another RX 350 in same day for same problem.

 

"replace steering column" sounds serious and you saw another come in for same problem sounds alarming. I don't think I have the noise but I always have the radio on to mute out the noise from rear cargo area and sometimes from rear door(s). Rear door noise could have been the handle clip becoming loose inside which I had it fixed a week ago.
