I was able to get both from Sewell and the sun visor for less than the dealer wanted for the body moldings. As far as the sell we whent to them and sat down to make the order and knew what we need it this car so that is what the options are. Wife has lost center vision in her right eye that put the HUD and the LP in play along with the PA. And you know that if you get the LP they will force you into the LED lights. With are son the RSES is a way to get him to go more places with us now longer than 200 miles. The tow package is for the lager Radiator and Transmission cooler. Had this on our 2005 330 keep the fluid cool for longer life and now that they do not change it but once ever 100k + I think that it is a must on the gulf cost. The pain film is for the crap paint they use (chips way to fast). The only true options on this car is the Remote Engine Start and she can use that at work in the summer in LA (Lower Alabama). The only go thing was that this car got her in less than 90 days form order date. Did not have to go through another 120 days of looking for the car. Enough about me, how many miles do you have on your 450 now and how well are you doing with the gas mileage ?

Love the RSES, great for long trips, or stuck in traffic.
Since I'm in the NYC area, can't really measure gas mileage. I tried for the first 3k, but stopped checking. After a year of driving, about 12k, I stopped using the ECO function as well.
My next project will rewire the turning lights into parking lights.

How in the world to you keep people from hitting the doors and other parts of your car in the NYC area?

we park away from everyone. choose corner spots and park as close to that edge/wall/curb as possible.

and if we go to really sketchy places, we drive our beaters, like my IS.

Park far away, or violet parking.

Got my 450h off the lot, at the start of Dec 2 Remember so had no choice on the options. Only items I wish it had are ML & Sport pkg. Last 2 Lexi had ML so I miss the DVD playback capability and would like a sport or air suspension option to provide firmer dampening for occassional spirited driving . . .

My buddy Koz here has a '11 GX with the heated wipers and steering wheel.Nice options.
Actually not heated wipers but grids that heat up at the bottom of the windshield.

Loved the sno brum. Saved me lots of time cleaning snow off the car.

I'm a little protective of my paint. My wife went out and cleared the snow off the car yesterday with her hands. I asked when she came in, "...were you wearing microfiber gloves?" She swore she left a 1/4 inch of snow on the finish and never touched the paint. Whew....marriage will continue....

David, too funny! Try using a leaf blower if it's the fluffy kind of snow. Works like a charm and will ensure a happily ever after
